T.E.N. is a group of TEN non-competing business owners who advise each other and serve to accelerate the learning curve associated with managing and growing a company. Each group meets monthly for three hours. Members represent diverse industries including manufacturers, service companies, professional firms, consultants, and technology.

Are you too often consumed by working “in the business” rather than “on the business?” TEN encourages you to focus on the question “Am I doing the right things, not just doing things right?” and to keep defining your vision and the means to realize it. TEN provides a remedy for the disease of isolation. You may know a number of people willing to help or advise you – your banker, attorney, accountant, board of directors – but there is nothing like having a group of fellow business owners to draw from and lean on. The relationships that form among members help them fight the isolation that comes with being an Owner.

TIME is the biggest issue amongst CEOs. We don’t have the time to reinvent the wheel.  CEOs are often isolated and insulated from ideas that come outside of their own organization.
